Angie Vallelunga brings a powerful blend of marketing expertise and genuine client care to every aspect of the real estate experience. Working alongside her partner Mauro since 2006, Angie has developed an in-depth understanding of the real estate landscape throughout York Region and surrounding communities. Her strategic marketing mindset and commitment to excellence have helped countless families successfully navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.

In 2021, Angie and Mauro took their vision even further by opening their own brokerage, Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty Specialists Inc., Brokerage. Today, Angie plays a key role in growing the brokerage alongside Mauro, supporting and mentoring independent agents while continuing to expand their own team, all with the goal of delivering exceptional service and results for their clients.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Angie leads the brokerage’s Marketing Department, Social Creative Division, and Client Care Department, ensuring that every aspect of the brand, client experience, and property marketing strategy reflects the highest level of professionalism and innovation. Her leadership helps drive the brokerage’s growth while maintaining a consistent standard of excellence across all client interactions. Angie is widely recognized for her ability to position homes for maximum exposure and value. Her background in marketing allows her to craft compelling strategies that showcase each property at its absolute best, helping clients sell faster and achieve top-dollar results. Her expertise extends far beyond marketing. With a hands-on approach to home staging and presentation, Angie works closely with clients to prepare every property before it reaches the market, ensuring it makes a powerful and lasting first impression. Her meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and thoughtful guidance throughout the process consistently elevate the experience for both buyers and sellers. Angie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a Minor in Finance from Concordia University in Montreal and previously built a successful career as a Sales Coordinator and Marketing Manager with two of Canada’s largest radio communications companies. This extensive marketing background provides a unique advantage when it comes to positioning homes and negotiating successful outcomes. As a proud Aurora resident and devoted mother of two daughters, Angie understands the importance of finding not just a house but the right place to call home.
